Waste Land is a captivating movie about an artist who travels to a dump in Brazil to make art out of garbage - literally. There, he finds a wonderful community filled with amazing people, each with his or her own heartwarming tale. They show him how much is wasted every day. In turn, he transforms the waste of a city into the faces of beautiful people -- after all, one man's trash really is another man's treasure.

Waste Land is an eye-opening story that does not fail to charm the heart of any viewer. A must-see for everyone.

Waste Land was shown on campus in February as part of Recyclemania.

Currently Waste Land is available on Netflix  streaming
