Currently recruiting at Cornell for fellows, digital organizers and campaign organizers...

Environment America is a citizen-based advocacy group campaigning to solve problems like global warming, and pollution of our water, our air and special places.

We are very interested in recruiting graduating seniors to join our team of Environment America fellows and campaign organizers.

Fellows and campaign organizers get a two-year crash course in the nuts and bolts of environmental activism, organizing, advocacy and the kind of institution building that can sustain long-term battles. Each of us gets paired with some of the nation’s most experienced advocates and organizers, and we get the chance to become an expert on one of our key campaigns and develop and implement a strategy to win.

We’re hiring new staff to begin in the fall of 2016 to dramatically expand solar energy, tackle the climate crisis, protect communities, safeguard our most treasured natural areas, and protect our rivers and streams from development and factory farm pollution. Our organizers and fellows will get experience in virtually every aspect of running a successful grassroots campaign, from developing a message, to recruiting and managing a team, to fundraising and cultivating donors.
