The second annual Seed to Table Experience for youth aged 8-18 will be offered Monday-Friday, August 24-28 from 9am-4pm at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County. This week-long immersion in our local food system is geared toward youth aged 8-to-18 and includes cooking lessons, farm field trips and fun adventures at local markets and restaurants.

“Our daughters absolutely loved Seed to Table and came home excited about growing and harvesting their own vegetables," say Eric and Cathleen Banford, parents of 2014 youth participants. "They came away with knowledge of our local food system, and the importance of being a participant in that system, and they learned all this while having a blast!”
