Green your office or lab in 5 easy steps……

comments

Cornell Energy and Sustainability is launching the Green Office and Green Lab Certification Programs and needs your workgroup’s participation.

The Cornell Green Office and Green Lab Certifications are point-based self-assessments that offices and labs use to assess their current practices and set sustainability goals.

The Green Office certification focuses on community engagement, energy, green events, purchasing, recycling, transportation and waste management.

The Green Lab certification assesses lab energy conservation, green chemistry, solid waste management, purchasing and community engagement.

Download the checklist for the certification you desire, and identify the sustainable actions your office is taking in the areas above. Based on these, you will receive one of the four levels of certification.
